Shipping: 
Orders are shipped within three business days of placement – unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Tracking numbers will be emailed automatically upon fulfillment. For any questions regarding an order you have placed, email info@ryedecker.com – please include your order number in the subject line. 

Fees and Duties:

International customers may be subject to import fees designated by the destination country. These costs are not included in the listed retail prices. 

Packaging:

All Rye Decker packaging is made from 100% recyclable, compostable, and/or post-consumer materials. Refer to the 'About' page for more information.

Manufacturing: 

Rye Decker is designed and manufactured in the United States with materials sourced from around the world. Refer to the 'About' page for more information.

Order Adjustments, Exchanges, and Returns:

Orders can be altered for up to three business days after placement. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or need to change your shipping address, for example, please email info@ryedecker.com before your order is fulfilled. After shipment, orders cannot be changed. Rye Decker accepts exchanges on all unopened, unworn, items. (Exchanges are subject to product inventory).

Rye Decker does not accept returns on any item unless it is damaged or defective. Please email info@ryedecker.com for any return requests.
